Please note that due to our dedication to a fast turn around time and limited staff we will not be able to change or cancel your order once placed.

We typically ship out orders not containing a pre-order item within 1-3 business days. Business days are considered Monday-Friday.

All items on an order will ship together which means if you order a pre-order, your other items will not ship until the pre-order ships. If you want an in stock item to ship sooner, please place a second order! Thank you!  

We offer UPS shipping on all our orders. At this time we do not offer any other shipping carrier. UPS Ground shipping is 1 to 5 business days domestically. Offered only during the holiday season – UPS 3 Day Select is 3 business days domestically. UPS 2nd Day Air is 2 business days domestically. UPS Next Day Air is next business day.

*Expedited shipping does not include Saturday or Sunday delivery.  If ordered on Thursday the package would arrive the following Monday. Also the day of shipment does not count in the shipping time.

*If ordered after 9 A.M. CST we will not get out your Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air out until the following business day. If you order either of these options shipping on a Friday, your order will not ship until the following Monday.

*Please note that if you purchase Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air shipping, we do not offer refunds for this service if the shipping carrier has a delay.

*If you are experiencing a non-delivery, your package appears stuck in transit  or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you can start a claim or you must contact us within 14 days so we can file a claim. You can contact us at jenne@ohmybigfoot.com.

*Pre-order shipping times for pre-orders are an estimation. You can check the estimated shipping time for your pre-order on the top of the product description on each pre-order product. These estimates are usually accurate within a 10 day range.
