CANCELLATIONS:

We do not accept cancellations on any order due to the process it takes.

RETURNS: 

We do not accept returns on earrings or shoe charms due to hygienic reasons.

Any item(s) to be returned, exchanged, or refunded must be sent back at the buyer’s expense within 14 days of purchase. The original purchase order number will be required to confirm proof of purchase and that your order falls within the 14 day time frame. The original orders paid shipping cost will not be refunded as the delivery was successful. ONLY the physical items themselves will be accepted.

We recommend the purchase of shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee a refund if the package is lost or damaged during transit.

Once we have received your package please allow five business days for processing and inspection. If we deem the product submitted for exchange or return is no longer in sellable condition (broken, damaged, chipped, stained, or contains odor.) your request may be denied, and product returned back to you or disposed of properly.

Once 14 days has passed you retain full ownership of your product(s) purchased from this site.

EXCHANGES:

Some of our items are limited stock. We make no guarantees that the items needed for replacement or exchange will be in stock by the time we receive your exchange. All items are based on a first come first serve basis. 

If you need to exchange item(s) for the same item(s) that are damaged, bent, or torn due to shipment. Items must be mailed back WITHIN TEN (10) DAYS from receiving your shipment. Shipping cost will be covered by the buyer to return exchanged items. We will cover shipping costs to send out the new items.

If we are exchanging items due to shipping damage we will cover the new shipping cost for exchanging your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable on original orders.

NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS:

Used or worn items, custom or personalized items, all earrings or shoes charms unless damaged on arrival, Sale, clearance or final Sale items.

SALE/PROMOTIONS/CLEARANCE ITEMS:

Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Sale or clearance items cannot be exchanged. Final Sale items means all sales final. No exchanges. No additional promos allowed on clearance and/or final sale items. No refunds on any digital products.

SHIPPING:

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
